I tend to go long periods of time between shooting film beause of how expensive film can be. This was my first time shooting black and white in something like a year. Black and white has to be shot differently than color (you focus more on the contrast and shapes) and is even more challenging when shooting nature (to shoot nature well, you tend to focus on capturing on contrast of tonal values and distinguishing textures as much as shapes and contrast). The resut was a lot failed shots because I simply wasn't taking into account the black and white film appropriately. That's why the number of shots in this shoot are so low. Nikon F100 with likely the 50 mm lens. I should have gone shorter if we're being honest.
