I volunteered again this year for the annual Pelontonia Shooting event held at the Cardinal Shooting Center. The event was sponsered by several major tech companies to help raise money for cancer and is attended by many HNB employees. There are two tracks run by sets of teams to go up against clay pigeons, along with various raffles and auctions to help raise additional money to be provided towards Cancer Research. This year I shot on my SL2 in order to take advantage of my zoom lens. Notably my ISO was mistakenly set quite high (64000) resulting in my maxing out my shutter speed at 1/16000th of a second and providing a full comprehensive test of my dynamic range and grain performance at high iso. The conditions were quite sunny but I wasn't adverse to the overall results.
