Rush Creek Village is a Worthington Ohio neighborhood built in the late 1950s with designs made by Frank Lloyd Wright's students. The idea (in line with that of Frank Lloyd Wright himself) was to use natural materials to build homes that fit cohesively with the world around them. All these homes have smaller footprints than is commonly seen in this area. Al of them operate under requirements that owners maintain both the architectural and the natural integrity of the property, ensuring these spaces remain as they were original conceived. This was shot with the Leica Q2, which has a fixed 28mm lens resulting in distortion impacting the cleaness of lines in all architectural shoots. Hence, taking it to a shoot where the shots were intended to showcase the homes in nature so that the distortian would be less impactful to the overall scene.
