This is a hiking trail that leads to a lovely beach lagoon many of the local families visit on the big island. There is also a path on a seawall next to it, which I didn't know about at the time but wished I had in retrospect. Very pretty, very difficult to walk on with the waves crashing in over the big piles of rock. I couldn't do it and required rescue from my brother partway through. Got some cool photos tho.
